About me
Chris Fifo is perennial products representative for both Darwin and Pan American Perennials. All things perennial. This is a natural role for him considering his background. Chris comes to Darwin and Kieft with 30 years of experience working with Swift Greenhouses in Iowa as Senior Grower and Technical Services advisor. Chris has focused his entire career specifically on perennial production: seed and vegetative, young plant and finished.
In 2018 Chris joined the Ball Horticulture team to share his knowledge, excitement and experience with perennials with you; and to promote new, exciting, and improved perennials coming from the Darwin and Pan American Seed breeding programs. His goal is to help all growers, whether perennial or traditional annual, have a successful and profitable perennial program. Chris attended Iowa State University and graduated with a BS in horticulture/greenhouse management, under the direction of Dr. David Koranski.
