Inclement Weather Policy for Tours:

At PPA, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable tour experience. However, as weather conditions can be unpredictable, we want to ensure that all guests are informed of how inclement weather may affect your tour.

1. Tour Modifications Due to Inclement Weather:
Tours are subject to change or adjustment based on weather conditions. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe or unfavorable by the PPA management and/or Board of Directors, the tour may be shortened, or the route may be adjusted to ensure guest safety and comfort.
If the tour proceeds in some capacity (even if shortened or adjusted), no refunds will be issued.

2. Tour Cancellation:
If the forecast looks particularly unfavorable, and with enough warning, we may attempt to rearrange the tour into an educational experience. This could include smaller, more focused segments with adjusted activities.
A full refund will only be issued if a tour is entirely canceled and no educational activities occur.
If any part of the tour proceeds (whether shortened or adjusted), no refund will be provided.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in the event of weather-related changes. Our goal is always to provide a memorable and safe experience for all guests.
